About these terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use the Park2GoAirport website, make a booking, contact us, or use our parking and airport transfer services.

Bookings

A booking request is confirmed when we accept it and send confirmation details. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, vehicle, license plate, drop-off, return, and passenger information.

Arrival, return, and transfer

Please arrive at the agreed time and allow enough time for airport travel and airline procedures. Transfer times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, airport conditions, or other events outside our control.

Vehicle keys and parking

Most customers leave their keys with us so vehicles can be moved efficiently inside the parking area. If you prefer to keep your keys, please request this during booking. Keeping your keys may be available for an additional fee and depends on availability.

Payments

You may be offered online payment by card or payment on pickup, depending on the booking flow. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, discounts, and fees are shown during booking or confirmed by our team.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change, extend, or cancel your booking, contact us as soon as possible. We try to be flexible, but changes depend on availability, timing, and operational needs.

Customer responsibilities

Before leaving your vehicle, remove valuables where possible, make sure the vehicle is legally roadworthy, and tell us about any special handling requirements. You remain responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Service availability

We work to provide secure parking and reliable transfer service, but we are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by traffic, severe weather, airport disruption, public authority action, technical failures, or other events outside our reasonable control.
